These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the use of the CrucibleCam software and the website operated by Artur Henrique de Freitas Avelar.

By purchasing, downloading, installing, or using CrucibleCam, you agree to these Terms.

1. Description

CrucibleCam is software for the design and analysis of cam and follower mechanisms, intended for educational, research, and engineering purposes.

2. License

Your purchase grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the software.

• Individual License: valid for a single computer.
• Institutional License: valid for multiple computers, according to the quantity purchased.

Each computer requires its own license.

Ownership of the software is not transferred to the user.

3. Restrictions

The user may not:

• share or resell the license key
• redistribute the software
• modify, reverse engineer, or decompile the software
• bypass licensing mechanisms

Violation of these restrictions may result in revocation of the license.

4. Delivery

CrucibleCam is a digital product.

After purchase, the user receives download access and a license key.

5. Updates

A valid license grants access to future software updates at no additional cost, for as long as the software is maintained.

6. Disclaimer of Warranty

The software is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind.

The user is responsible for verifying the results before using them in engineering or production applications.

7. Limitation of Liability

The author is not liable for any damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the software, including:

• loss of data
• financial losses
• engineering errors

8. Refund Policy

Because this is a digital product, refunds are generally not granted after delivery.

Requests may be considered in cases such as:

• duplicate purchase
• technical issues that prevent use
